With the Citizen Action Center, citizen payments are automatically deposited into the correct account and municipal departments can download digital payment files which can be imported into their existing payment tracking systems. They can also receive clean, neatly typed electronic forms and issue submissions that contain all the information relevant to resolving a particular issue. And they can throw away their facility reservation notebook because citizens will be able to serve themselves and pay any required fees on the web.
The Diversified Billing System is a complete customer information and billing system that is available from the Cloud or to be installed on a municipality's LAN. It can be used for any repetitive billing situation such as utility, tax or license billing. It includes a web-based customer information and payment portal and a Master Calendar that adds an automated assist to every process. It also integrates with the company's digital work order system.
