Overview
The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJ-CRC) establishes and enforces the rules and regulations governing the licensing, cultivation, testing, selling, and purchasing of cannabis in the state in partnership with all its municipalities.
The NJ-CRC, led by its Government Affairs team, supports municipal decision makers as they establish and facilitate safe and profitable local cannabis markets. The Commission’s support includes serving as a key point of contact on cannabis legislation, collaborating on application processing and licensing awards, providing safe-use collateral, and sharing market information and data.
