Founded in 1989, TPD is an ENR Top 400 Design Firm with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. TPD exists to improve the quality of life for the public; we work toward this mission by providing the following services to a range of public and private sector clients throughout the eastern US: Highway Design; Bridge Design & Inspection; Transportation Planning; Traffic Signals & ITS; CM/CI; Multimodal Design; Environmental; and Expert Witness Support for Crash Investigations.
