Sponsor the Mayors’ Lunch Briefing - held on Wednesday during the conference week and attended by mayors and decision-makers. The event includes the announcement of special awards and Executive Briefings from State Cabinet Members.
The sponsor is entitled to a 2-minute welcome, two lunch tickets, and one printed piece at each seat (the sponsor is solely responsible for all printing and shipping costs to produce the printed piece (a sample copy must be submitted and approved by the League no later than October 1), a full page ad in the November issue of NJ Municipalities magazine, a listing in the conference app. and the Conference Program.

This area inside of the exhibit hall is reserved exclusively for Mayors to check the daily events, network, receive special legislative updates, and enjoy a break together. Your full-color logo, company name, and booth number will be displayed daily on a sign near the coffee and refreshments. Your company name and booth number will be listed in the conference app, the conference website, and the printed Conference Program.

Registrants attend this Wednesday evening event to build new and deeper connections and honor women who dedicate their time and energy towards advancing women in local government. After networking opportunities, the League President will welcome all attendees, and awards for Outstanding Women in Municipal Government will be presented.
